Wolverine Airsoft tried barrel with different diameters and found out that there wasn't really all that much difference. Length and quality are the important factors. You want to match the length with the cylinder volume and BB weight. For 0,40 bbs you should use about 470mm barrel in VSR. For 0,36g 500mm iirc.
The TM VSR-10 Pro is only £180 - £190, whereas the JG Bar 10 G-Spec is £160.. So for the extra £20 you get a TM? Does anyone have any upto date advice as I'm leaning towards a TM for £20 more given their reputation. Cheers. This thread is archived.
JG BAR and CYMA 701 are true VSR spec. JG comes in G-Spec and normal lengths, CYMA just in normal. The WELL MB-03 is cheaper but uses a slightly different cylinder and piston (compatible with AirsoftPro trigger set) and longer ~500mm barrel. As before, I personally think the TM to be a waste of money.
