Hello, today I am uploading a mod about adding Vagos Gang Members in GTA SA. This mod adds 6 more Vagos in the streets! This mod uses unused ids ( ( 11790- 11796 )) NOTE! YOU DO NEED SOME TYPE OF LIMIT ADJUSTER AND KNOW HOW TO USE IT! GTA SA folder! Easy. This is not a Cleo mod. All you do is add the folder ( More Vagos HD) into your mod loader.

Gangs play a much larger role than they did in Vice City. Firstly, the number of gangs has increased. Aswell as having the large, dominating gangs, we see smaller, more local gangs. Generally, gangs cause a bit more trouble than they did in previous titles--toppling cars, crowding streets and using various new methods of attack. This video will showcase some interesting secret dialogue when you encounter enemy gang members in Vigilante mode or when you spawn them through a ped spawne i think this usually happens in GTA SA..but anyways it may happen if you have hardly modded game. try removing mods from your game..if your game ins not modded try editing some values in gta sa save game editor.experiment with it you may fix it. This happened on a completely clean install of the game. I can have up to seven gang members following me but I can't find any vehicle that allows me to drive more than three of them with me. Can it be done in anyway, be it by finding a vehicle in the game hwavW.
